Only persons aged 21 years and above are permitted to register and use phnice. All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC age verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
Each player may hold only one phnice account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances, regardless of whether the duplication was intentional.
All transactions must use payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are prohibited. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions.
All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements and expiry terms disclosed at the time of offer. Bonus abuse, including matched betting strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements, is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phnice ("phnice," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phnice.one. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the phnice website, mobile browser experience, games, promotions, payment services, and customer support.
By registering an account, logging into the phnice platform via the phnice Login page, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on phnice.one, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current form. Your continued use of the phnice platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any amendments to these Terms as published from time to time.
These Terms should be read alongside the phnice Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and phnice.
To open and maintain a phnice account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
Age Verification: phnice applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification to all accounts before real-money withdrawals are permitted. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances in accordance with applicable law.
Each player may register and maintain only one (1) phnice account. You are prohibited from opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity, contact details, or payment methods of another person.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. phnice reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time.
KYC verification is mandatory for all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable KYC documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the LTO, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, PRC ID, and UMID. phnice may request additional documents at its reasonable discretion in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phnice Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phnice shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
phnice accepts deposits through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposited funds are held in a designated player funds account and are not commingled with phnice's operational funds.
All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made using accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may trigger a full account review and temporary suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day for requests received before 5:00 PM (PHT).
phnice reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any required anti-money laundering review. Players will be notified of any such hold within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.
phnice offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All content on the phnice platform — including but not limited to the phnice brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phnice or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phnice platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phnice content without prior written consent from phnice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phnice and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phnice platform; (b) any loss of data, profits, or gaming winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized account access not caused by phnice's gross negligence; (c) the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party content accessible via the phnice platform.
phnice's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phnice's gross negligence.
The phnice platform is provided "as is" and "as available." phnice makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability for which phnice shall not be liable.
phnice reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, without prior notice, where phnice has grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes; (c) there is a dispute regarding ownership of the account; (d) required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable time; or (e) closure is required by a directive from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority.
Upon permanent account closure for breach, phnice may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, may forfeit all funds held in the account in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.
You may close your phnice account at any time by submitting a written request to phnice support. Balances subject to no active wagering requirements will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You and phnice agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts in respect of any dispute.
In the first instance, disputes should be directed to phnice customer support. phnice aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Disputes not resolved through phnice's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its published player complaint channels.
phnice reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or eligibility — phnice will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered account holders and a notice posted on the phnice platform.
Your continued use of the phnice platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact phnice to close your account.
